The first part of the stakeholder assessment for the joint publication project "The Value of Geo-Information for Disaster and Risk Management (VALID) - Benefit Analysis and Stakeholder Assessment" (Working Title) is now online. With the publication of VALID, it is intended to give evidence of the economic, humanitarian and organizational benefits of applying geoinformation in all phases of disaster management, based on analyses of representative cases, and on an expert stakeholder assessment. This call for participation is directed primarily to end users of geoinformation products for disaster management (practitioners, planners and decision-makers, affiliated to public disaster management bodies, international organizations and NGOs).
