The 8th International Conference on Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management (ISCRAM) 2011 will include pre-conference workshops, keynote addresses, presentations of papers, and ongoing demonstrations of leading-edge technologies- will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, May 8-11, 2011.
ISCRAM2011 organizers invite all researchers and practitioners, from information systems to crisis management areas, to get involved in this event and to contribute to make it a memorable one. The conference will be an unique opportunity to exchange information and knowledge, providing a forum for discussion of new research results and best practices with several cutting edge professionals.

Doctoral students are encouraged to consider participating in the Doctoral Colloquium. Prizes are given for best conference paper and best student-led paper.
