We will hold several special sessions that closely related tothe progress and status of recovery after 10 years of Indian Ocean Tsunami. Participants are invited to submit extended abstracts related to the recovery topics, which based on different perspectives and lessons learnt from countries that were affected by the Indian Ocean tsunami. The topics include, but are not limited to:
