The vision of the Directorate of Hydrography and Navigation an efficient, effective, functional and rational technical organization, in order to become an essential element in providing the National and International Community with adequate products and aids that allow safe navigation within our jurisdiction.
The mission is to manage, operate and investigate activities related to environmental sciences in the aquatic environment, in order to contribute to national development, provide support and safety in navigation to the Naval Units and sailors in general and contribute to the fulfillment of institutional objectives.
