The Ministry of Education’s mission is to ensure both access to and quality of Early Childhood, Elementary and High School Education in Ecuador. It does so through the integral, holistic and inclusive education of children, youth and adults, taking into account the possible multiculturalism, multinationality, ancestral languages and gender. It promotes a perspective that strengthens social, economic and cultural development, and the unity of citizenship in the diversity of Ecuadoran society.
