Water Observation and Information System (ESA Tiger)

Description:	The Water Observation and Information System (WOIS) was developed under the TIGER initiative of the European Space Agency. WOIS is a free software package directed toward African water authorities. This software is used for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on water resources. WOIS is a system that utilizes a variety of other software (QGIS, SWAT, GRASS GIS, etc) in a single graphical user interface.
