Gordon Brown has strongly condemned an underground nuclear test in North Korea. The Prime Minister described the test, carried out on Monday, as “erroneous, misguided and a danger to the world”. He is among leaders across the world who have voiced concerns that the test will undermine peace prospects in the region.
