 UN-SPIDER programme of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs
The UN-SPIDER programme of the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) was established by the United Nations General Assembly in December 2006 as a programme within the United Nations to provide universal access to all countries and all relevant international and regional organizations to all types of space-based information and services relevant to disaster risk management to support the full disaster management cycle.  The UN-SPIDER Bonn Office provides Technical Advisory Support globally and has been dedicating efforts to support countries affected by droughts. 

   The Centre for Remote Sensing of Land Surfaces (ZFL) 
ZFL is an interdisciplinary center of the University of Bonn dedicated to research and teaching in the fields of remote sensing, geoinformation sciences, and spatial modelling. It was founded with the objective to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration within the University of Bonn and to foster research and teaching activities in its field. In 2001, ZFL was established as an interdisciplinary research and teaching center for remote sensing at the University of Bonn. ZFL supports several research projects and organizes a teaching program in the field of remote sensing. For the EvIDENz project, ZFL provides its expertise in applied research and development in the fields of earth observation, risk research, water management and geomatics for the development of the Agricultural Drought Impact map used for the SFDRR targets monitoring.
   United Nations University (UNU-EHS) 
The United Nations University (UNU) is the academic arm of the United Nations and acts as a global think tank. The mission of the Institute for Environment and Human Security (UNU-EHS) is to carry out cutting-edge research on risks and adaptation related to environmental hazards and global change. The institute’s research promotes policies and programmes to reduce these risks while taking into account the interplay between environmental and societal factors. for EvIDENz project, UNU-EHS is the project partner and responsible for the vulnerability and risk assessment 
  

Space Research Institute NASU-SSAU Ukraine (RSO)
The Space Research Institute NASU-SSAU (SRI NASU-SSAU) was established in 1996 at the National Space Agency of Ukraine and National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the organisation of scientific space researches in the country, to conduct and coordinate scientific and engineering activities in the area of peaceful exploration and use of outer space. The Space Research Institute NASU-SSAU is a Regional Support Office of UN-SPIDER, it signed the cooperation agreement with the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) during the forty-seventh session of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS) on 10 February 2010 in Vienna, Austria. The Ukraine RSO supports the implementation of the UN-SPIDER Working Plan within the following activities: Horizontal Cooperation, Outreach and Capacity Building, Technical Advisory Support. The RSO is a co-host and organiser of EvIDENz workshops.

  The University of Free State (UFS)

The University of the Free State (UFS) was established in Bloemfontein, South Africa, in 1904. Its independent Disaster Management Training and Education Centre for Africa (DiMTEC) was founded in 2001and is since then working towards fulfilling its mission of informing the public about disaster risk reduction.

UFS-DiMTEC has close ties with several United Nations institutions, such as UNU-EHS, UNU-FLORES, UNOOSA, UN-SPIDER, UNESCO, UNEP, UNCCD, UNISDR, and UNDP. The UFS is a partner of the project EvIDENz which  has supported its  activities and workshops in South Africa.
  Bundesministerium fuer Wirtschaft und Energie
The EvIDENz project is financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (German: Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie), abbreviated BMWi, is a cabinet-level ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany. It was previously known as the "Ministry of Economy". It was recreated in 2005 as "Ministry of Economics and Technology" after it had previously been merged with other ministries to form the Federal Ministry for Economics and Labour between 2002 and 2005. )
