The Russian Federal Space Agency ROSCOSMOS has prepared proposals for the Ministry of Defense, proposing that restrictions on the distribution of satellite data at resolution of less than 0.5 meters from the Russian civilian satellites are lifted, as Sensors&Systems reported.
"We are for the lifting of all restrictions, because it constrains us. The spacecraft is up and running, but you cannot distribute its data. We have agreed that we give information for free to the federal executive authorities, but commercial distribution is restricted. We hope that by the end of the year, this issue will be cleared", - said Advisor of the Russian Space Agency Valery Zaichko
